Welcome to Eevi Sjöholm - Author & Artist! Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Eevi Sjöholm. I operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using my Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access my Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in my store is correct, current and complete.

SECTION 2 - MY PRODUCTS
I have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of my products in my online store. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use and your device settings. I do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will perfectly match the rendering on your screen. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until I confirm acceptance. Since my products are made-to-order, I may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted and sent to production. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with my Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
I am not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once I transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
My Services, including all artwork, images, text, and designs, are owned by Eevi Sjöholm, and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from my shop without my prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
My store is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with me, Eevi Sjöholm. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sales or products, and you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with me.

SECTION 8 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information I collect through the Services is subject to my Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes personal information in order to provide the platform.

SECTION 9 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information in my shop that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. I reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby I provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. You and Eevi Sjöholm consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of Finland.

SECTION 11 - PRODUCT SAFETY & WARRANTY (GPSR)
EU Warranty: 2 years. In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I, Eevi Sjöholm, ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. For any product safety related inquiries or concerns, please contact me at letters@eevisjoholm.com.
